I need some advice

This is my first time growing indoors and my expectations are pretty low. Right now i got two germinated seeds sharing about a square yard of space in a mini hydro greenhouse with only one 75 high pressure sodium bulb for lighting at the moment. Couple questions, first off, do you think i have sufficent lighting and space, whats the best way to prune grown plants for max yield, and how bad will they reek during flowering?

Any help is greatly appreciated and also, im looking to drop as little money as possible on this, seeing as im switching back to outdoors as soon as its warm enough out.

Get a better light, investing in your grow room is worth it. Buds can get real stinky, some more then others. Control your odor Get a Carbon filter.

lighting is fine for 2 plants for veg but floros better when they are premies.
prob wont stink too bad and if they do wont be until late in flowering. hardly any smell during veg
as for pruning-well, wait a couple weeks first and post back with pics
good luck and remember no nutes until 3 weeks

I think that you should get a couple of cfl's for some side lighting. I'm not sure if you should prune seeing that you don't have much light. You may want to do it earlier than later, or you could try LSTing them. That's Low Stress Training. Lastly. Smell depends on the strain mostly, so you'll just have to play it by ear(or nose). Speaking of nose, I'd like to put my nose in smokey's avatar's ass. For smell you could just some odor killer or something like that since it's only 2 plants.

done a greenhouse 1st grow with 3 girls and every time you opened the door the smell traveled down the road in agreat woft and could be noticed over 100yds away on the right day that was enough to turn me indoors.

I would have to say that is on the extreme end of it.

Get a filter, my strain I like to grow. Stinks the fucking house up if you don't have a filter. And they are 1 month away from budding. So no they don't just get stinky during late flowering. Do it properly and you will have no regrets.

ok thanks, but yeah theyre both already about an inch and a half, i dont have a digital to post but ill work on that.

Also how early can i tell male from female, and how would it?

Males have balls. You will see them, just google male marijuana plant. It will have pictures. Females produce little white hairs, while the other males are building up balls... or pollen sacks. It find it quite simple to tell. Get a filter later in veg, and through flowering. If you want to keep it from stinking up your house. Good luck

well i dont think i can LST them seeing as they're hydroponic and i also dont think ill prune them just because its my first grow
