ur method doest have as high of a success rate as rooting before soil,..

what's higher than 100%?

i clone in peat pucks (medium can be many different things) and move to soil or aero. i never loose a cutting, and i take 100 every other week.

clones are simple, stop over analyzing the situation.

Heck if you want easy, cut the broken part off clone Clean razor blade -put in glass of water on window sill, you can use root gel if you like, have done with and without, replace water daily, will root. will take a little while because all ready in flower. This way is so simple, no need to wory about light being on 12/12. Was folier feeding and grabbed a branch while pulling trigger, rooted same way, no prob. easy. just my .02

right, that's my point; propagation by cuttings is a normal thing for real gardeners. pot is actually one of the easiest plants out there to try and root. try rooting an astrophytum or lophophora... it all boils down to patience.

haha well i mist daly and i will have roots in 8 days but

i think its harder to clone a plant in bud then veg not saying it cant be done just always takes me longer

Yea its harder and it grows all funky for a bit-3 leafs for a set or two thats why I would use clone gel too.
