Cool roseman, didnt know if we stepped on your toes or something, so you incorporate dwc ie water and bubbles and aeroponics in sense, roots hang in air directly fed by airraided solution. When roots get big enough do they sit in res? Like during flowering. Definitly a cool set up. how much are the tub set ups?

Comin this way net? WOOOHOOOO. LOL! I made a cardboard box with fishing string along top to hang buds in with fan on them it took a week, smaller ones, 2 for tops. It got smoked before I found jars. But then again we went camping that weekend. weed and camping go hand and foot. We need a way to wirelessly spike a cars cpu/ecm. then we can just drive around zapping em and handing out business cards.

I took the rest of the day off due to the ice and lack of work. The wife was complaining about the smell of my
cabinet. I checked the temp and it was 85F and smelled like plant. The smell was fine for a while at 78F till I
added those big ass CFLs Sunday. I have a 4" fan pulling through a carbon filter and it was working. I am trying to
determine now if the temp is causing this, so I removed one of the 300w bulbs. We will see.
I am currently working on a larger carbon filter element. I also am thinking about adding an intake fan, but first
I'm gonna leave the door cracked a little. See if that improves the smell or makes worse. I noticed adding ice
bottles to the rez helps out a few degrees on the cabinet temp.
Overall the grow is going good. The roots look tangled but good. The leaf tips are still getting a little nute burn
but not much. I have been adding straight water to the rez in this last week of veg. So the leaves are starting to
lighten up in color. I am going to enter the flowering stage on just CFLS. I have a 70watt HPS that I built (take a
look in my album). This lamp gets hot so I would rather not use it because of that. It also makes the plants reek.
I am in a wood cabinet 4 feet wide, 18" deep and 81" tall inside dimensions. It is filling up fast with plant
material. I have four plants from bag seed all from my favorite bags. One I know was some skunk piss smelling shit
but kick ass buzz. I am going to move the rez to the center of the cabinet. Then install a net from a car trunk to
keep them down, till I sex them. Maybe if I have a couple males that will give me more room when I snatch them out.

I am using Advanced Nutrients two part Grow and Bloom. In a 10 gallon DWC using 6 gallons of water. It's a 16 week
program that is a slow grow. I am doing the medium grow formula. I noticed the sativa looking plant gets worse nute
burn, but is outgrowing them all. I have one which appears to be a lowryder really short and big leaves. Maybe it's
just a runt! I picked AN because of the reviews, I see by the results that the ppm needed may differ from plant to
plant.
All this so far without a PPM or an accurate PH meter. Mine's always 7.0 outta the tap. I will do better next grow
by getting some good meters. I have read reviews on the LED lamp meter stick. But I also like the looks of that on
on Stealth Hydros site. He said he is out of them.
not that I have the cash now anyway.

I looked again and I dont see any roots from the bottom of the netpot with the lid open pic. But it is best of both worlds. I got my 1st dwc with T-5 for 145 about the same time. Cool set up Rose.

Net good news the car dealer I was doing alot of work for just called and their mechanic in on the lamb, so they are going to start using me again. Great news!!!!

Looks like you and me Eddie- good to have some fellow techs in here arent you afraid of piss tests? what make dealer? I worked for saturn, honda, chevy, independent shops now my own. Hows your temps since bulb off?

They don't pee test me. Small town outfit, I keep my master ASE and make them $$$. They know I smoke on "my time" and don't have a prob with it.

Cabinet temp stable at 82F down from 85F just by removing one 300w CFL. Smell reduced some. I think I need to bring in a bit of fresh air then I can put the CFL back in.
