finally... lol well i chopped down sunday. i havent had chance to put this up (new job) and the pics were taken monday.

i first weighed them right after trimming...

the first one weighed about 72g's and the second one weighed out to about 75g's

thanks bucket head. you think so? i dunno they got pretty fluffy. i have a question. i think they are dry enough to cure now but do i have to use mason jars? can i just put them in a plastic tupper ware thing or maybe even a plastic zip lock bag? why mason?

good so i CAN use tupperware... i wanted to start curing tonight. im so looking forward to smoking this. does it gain potency after curing? cuz i smoked a little when it was still a little wet... i wasnt impressed at all but after t cures ill post a smoke report.

Its not like you cant use Tupperware but, if you can get the glass jars i say do it. I have tried both and myself and allot of others would say mason jars.
Its just better for flavor and aroma.

If you use tupperware put a slice of orange in during the last week, because sometimes your bud tastes "plasticy". Dont use zip lock bags they are very poor for curing. You can get a 6 pack of mason jars at wally world, or off the net for like $10...or less. I can understand people who do multi-pounds each month using large rubbermaid tubs for curing, but you dont have that much to cure so get the mason jars please The more air tight the container the slower you are able to cure, and this help pull the moisture from the center on your nugs, so almost all of your cannaboids change to their psychoactive form. Yes, your herb will gain potency with the cure. As moisture is removed the cannaboids (what get you twisted) changed from an acidic, non-psychoactive chemical to a neutral psychoactive form.

yeah ive seen them around and i know its only like 12 bucks where i seen them for 12. so a buck each... eh alright ill get them. im a cheap ass cuz ive been unemployed for the past 4 months. but i got a job now so i guess i could splurge a little.

thanks for the compliment. i think growing weed is alot like christmas. its fun to look forward to harvest day but then you get kinda sad cuz you have to wait so long for it to happen again...

def. jars bro. and if they are getting too wet in there, put em in a box for a day and than back into jars. wet weed is about 1/3rd potent as what if could be if dried. u should get a solid zip and half when fully dried. nice buds for first grow. keep it up

thank you! i went to the store and bought a big jar. the buds are fully dried i just cut them and placed them in the jar. they should get a little wet again right? then slowly dry? open for 20-30 minutes a day? just making sure i got things right. right now im smoking the shake. not too shabby.... just no taste really. not even like grass clippings or hay. does that mean i flushed correctly?
