Possible Box Purchase.. need advice.

Will this stealth box be too small for a 150 HPS? I'm still trying to figure out ventilation depending on what box I purchase but I like this one because of size, and the white all around (plus the price.) I just want to make sure I make the right decision but I can't really find any other options to buy besides this:

and I'm told this may not be that well because it is plastic and harder to cut.

need something a little more stealth like then a big black tent in the middle of my place.

I looked at lowes and HD, problem for me was the depth. I was looking for something 24" or deeper(most rubbermaid containers are 21" deep. I have a 440w MH/HPS and an aeroponics system, I'll post up pics when i get a chance.
