Im looking to move a grow op into a new house.. the house is owned by a friends of mine's father. The house is a small 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom all one one floor. There is no upstairs. Only a basement. Very small house. The house is located on a commercial/residentially zoned area. Its on a busy road with a little strip mall across the street. All the houses around it are huge gorgeous new houses. My only concern is that i will be drawing alot of electricity to this small one bedroom house. Im not goin to be living in the house so there will be no refridgerator running or a hot water tank running. Pretty much the only things that i will be running are (2) 1000 watt HPS, (2) 400 watt MH, some flouros, (3) 424 cfm fans rated at like 130 watts i think, some water pumps and other fans ect ect.
My question/concern is that there might be too high of a bill for such a small house. Will this be a problem? Does it help that like all the large houses around me are goin to have a very high electric bill because of the size? Meaning that all the house around me have a high electricty bill therefore overlooking me?
