just seein if i did this right if u wanna take a look please do
the cfl has been within an inch of the larger and smaller seedling. my last one popped up overnight while i was sleeping. Im positive theres no bugs on them. I noticed the root was already at the bottom when i transplanted from the yogurt containers to the 4" pots. maybe it needed to go to the bottom og the 4" pot. Yes only 1 cfl for now. its a 45 watt (200 watt equivilant). Im going to get a Y splitter this payday and throw another on in there. its looks like the cold damage from the original seedling is getting greener everyday in the stalk (where the red used to be) that makes me happy! by this friday i should have another CFL on them.the main thing you gotta worry about this stage is your root development. 90% of the growth thats taking place right now is establishing a good root system. Once that happens (the probe root hits the bottom and they start to spread) then you will see improved leaf growth. From what I see I would life the side leaf up and check underneigth it as best as you can and check for tiny black dots if you can with you naked eye. Just gotta make sure your bug free . Other then that they look just fine, their doing great as of now. How close is that cfl? You on have one cfl on em?
thanks guy. I asked my buddy the strains. hes sure at least 1 is kush possibly 2. the other one i cant remember what is was but its different for sure. just by looking at the starter leaves i can tell. they are thinner, lighter green in colour, and they opened up as soon as they left the dirt. i will post a pic later. looks kind of runtish to me.plants look beautifull!!
im going by size? not by time. my friend said that they will grow another 2/3 in size during flower. the reason for transplanting was because they were in tiny little single serving yogurt containers. they wont be transplanted for a couple weeks at least now. I guess i will have to see how they are all doing in a week or two.make sure when you transplant you dont do it when you see just one root, thats a probe. Make sure you give it time to expand, pre-transplanting isnt technically bad, just lengthens the process. How long of a veg you planning to give?
