Takin a dive

OK... So maybe not a problem yet.

I was in the middle of cracking the lid on my DWC to sneak a peak at the water level and what would you know, one of my net pots fell right through the hole and into the water submerging the entire plant and rockwool for about 5 seconds.

I picked it out real quick and tried to weave the few roots that were already growing through the net pots back through the holes.

Is this plant gonna be FUBAR since it went swimming for a second??


just a little background on the plant that took a dive.
On it's 3rd week from seedling. 1/2 strength nutes.

That's 3 weeks from seed? No offense at all man, but it sounds like its off to a very slow start. still, I think the little guy.... sorry, hopefully GAL, will take of now that's it's got some foilage goin. I doubt that little swim it took will be enough to take her down. What'd ya mean half strength nutes? I'm not a hydro guy, I do soil myself, but u need to know the ppm levels in the res.

Thanks man... no offense taken! I was a little stoney when i wrote that last night. They are only on week 2 and 4 days from seed.

I thought that that one was doing a little funny. her sister is about double the height. Ohh well it is just some bag seed I am using to get a grow under my belt and better understand how it works.

as for the nutes. I have not got a PPM meter just yet, waiting on payday!! so for now i just mixed the nutes at 1/2 strength from the instructions on the feeding card. Hopefully I will get more accurate once i get my meter next week.

they will be fine. no nutes for first three weeks is general rule of thumb. drop em down to 1/4 strength. let the rockwool dry out, as not supposed to be wet in dwc. prolly should flush her as well-
