what is this? i now its nute burn but what do i need to do to fix it?

Pull it up, and soak the roots in plain water for a day, then replant it in new fresh dirt, and say a prayer.

repot in fresh soil mix 4 parts multi compost 1 part perlite and water every day until it picks up

thats the only leaf that is doing that. its been like 5 days since i saw it and it hasnt spread. but all the other leaves are really darg green and looks very nice. heres a whooe pic of plant. sry only had a camera phone.
