Its been 2 days since I last took a picture of my plant itself. WOW. what a difference.

The biggest one is getting really big really fast. So many nodes for the height. Keeping the light close really makes a difference! So do the 2 CFLS rather than the 1.

Ive got some pictures of the 2 larger plants. I found out the last small one is Thai Stick. The others are both possibly Kush. 1 is for sure.

Ive been looking all over for a positive answer on molasses during Veg. Nobody seems to have one. everyone has a different answer. For this grow I have the plants in 4" pots with MG soil. No nutes. I am only going to use molasses, and possibly worm castings if i can find some.

Because I dont know about molasses during Veg im going to expriment with only one plant of the 2 that are possibly the same. maybe my larger one since it was already put under alot of stress in the beginning. This way everyone will have a good answer about molasses during veg. If anyone has tried this please let me know how it turned out for you. The sooner I know the better if its going to cause any harm or anything.

I had a question to ANYONE who can answer. Is the breaking int he stalk normal? Looks like it broke its skin to get larger maybe? Let me know!

Well im baked and keep rambling, plus i cant remember if i said everything i wanted to say or not. So heres some new pics!

plants look awsome bro! the rip in the stalk is completely normal, and as far as giving it molasses during veg i dont think it will hurt it any but i dont know how much it will help either..

whats occurring on ur stalk is a good thing. It means the stem is getting stronger and growing a harder outer coating. Keep a fan on em for a light breeze to strengthen all ur stems.

i have a bigger fan in there now. works WAY better. i need to find a way to keep my shed warmer otherwise im going to have to risk having the plants in 10-15 degree Celsius conditions when the lights are off. These babies wont fit in this small cabinet forever!

The seedling box was crammed. No ventilation. WAYYYY too hot in there all the time (40C.).

So I made a new one at work today ;-)

15" X 15.5" X 30" (LxWxH)

Put the same lights in, put the larger fan from the ceiling pointing down, then the lights. added a large hole in the bottom back corner and attached a smaller fan facing inwards drawing in fresh air. I also have the last smaller fan on the bottom of the box circulating the air inside some more.

I transplanted my large plant. it was a few days due, as i have the room now. I have all the plants as close as possible at the moment, im going to get some more stoned blocks from work to raise them up some more.

The intake fan is pretty loud because theres no exit hole. I think i will make one tomorrow. its late and the neighbours thought a dinosaur was running through the house earlier from my drill! HAH

Hope this helps my babies as they were slowing in growth from the heat. The thai stick baby is burned on both starter leaves and its first sets tips. :wall:

i might even add a small desk lamp i have kicking around for a few more lumen.

Anyways time for bed. heres some pics!

went to walmart and got some rooting hormone. took 3 cuttings from her. 2 from the first nodes, one off of the top. pics below. I repotted the small thai stick in the bottom corner of the box by itself. when i took it out i realized it was constricted with roots. hopefully its not too stressed out and bounces back. im going to keep the mother of the clones even though the upper leaves have brown spots all over them. Im sure it was a mixture of the miracle grow medium and the worm castings. the worm castings had glacier chips or something in it. too many nutes i suppose.

The clones and other 2 plants (thai stick and younger kush) were replanted with soil with nothing in it. no nutes anyways. the smaller kush is lookin great and heres for the best for those clones! round two... FIGHT!

Clones are looking good I suppose. No new growth yet. But they aren't looking dead either. The first night I clipped them they wilted over and then I put bags over them as humidity domes and they perked back up again. Leaves are starting to go yellow on the tips. Hopefully in the next day or two they will take root!

My thai stick has decided to have 2 crowns...weird. Pics below. Is this normal? I didnt top it.

Second Kush is looking great. High leaf count and such a small plant. Growth for all my babies is really slowwww. Gotta get new lights I guess.

The oldest Kush that is nute burned is looking like the burning has stopped or slowed down. AWSOME! Lots of littel guys growing out of the nodes on it. Im going to get a second timer tomorrow and get my second larger box set up on 12/12. Put that bitch out there and make sure im not wasting time with these clones.

I got my first 10 seeds from http://www.vancouverseedbank.ca/ yesterday and im thinking about throwing all my first plants in the 12/12 box and starting fresh now that I know what Im doing!!!

I guess we will see tomorrow!

Got my 12/12 box set up. I think its going to stay the way it is now. Its looking good.

Flower Box: 30" x 30" x 4ft.

1 - 100watt MH light
4 - 100watt equivilant CFL's
1 cheap fan
1 bathroom fan for ventilation with soon to be homemade carbon scrubber
12/12 light cycle

Veg Box: 15" x 15" x 30"

3 - 125watt equivilant CFL's
2 small fans for air circulation
18/6 light cycle

...I put the two kush plants into the flower box. Flower date started Feb/20/2009. I also started 3 seeds from my order. They are a random indoor mix so i have no idea what they are. The thai stick is looking healthy and in another week or 2 will go into flowering. 2 of the 3 clones I took from the nute burned kush are looking great. Im not sure about the stubby crown clipping. might just pull it out in a couple days to make room for the new seedlings!

New pics below! enjoy...
