Are HUMBOLDT BLOOM nutes any good ?

I was wondering if the Humboldt organic bloom nutrients (0-10-0) were any good .

I wanted to go full organic with my current grow , and I'm looking for a fertalizer that is either liquid or water soluble .

So does anybody have experience with this brand ? Good or bad . Or , does anybody have a better 100% organic reccomendation for flowering ? Any help is apreciated .

P.S. - Off subject , but I had another quick question . Is 19 inches a good distance to keep my plants from my 400 watt HPS ? Will they end up dense at that distance (saying that I get everything else right) ?
