I think it's real, the guy is obviously 3 sheet to the wind in all of the videos. People with DUI's used to always use their riding mowers to get around town, but then the cops put a stop to it.
A good 20 years ago when I worked in a store, they're be 5 or 6 lawnmower men every day coming in for their beer. No license? Just ride yer mower, git 'er done.
