College or University

I am curious if anybody else is in college or a university, or has been to either of the two. What degree are you seeking or have already obtained? I would rather nobody mention which college they are in or have gone to but rather there educational accomplishments and achievements.:bigjoint:

I am currently studying for a history and classical studies honours degree and have 2 others. I am 34 though and study part time from home aswell as run my business.

I have done a great deal of pondering on obtaining a honors degree in history. I would like to call myself a historian and i find allot of history entertaining (to say the least) if not right out awesome. We have come ALLONGGGG ways since the day of our ancestors that lived a merely few hundred years ago. The only problem is that I would not be able to get a good job with such a degree. So one day I will be able to call myself a historian and i will have a masters or phd in history but for now I think I will stick with engineering.

BS Library Science
MS General Education Degree
MS Education (Educational Development)
MS Education (Computers in the Classroom)
MS IT (Instructional Technology)

Hopefully starting to work on a PhD. Yes I am a geek who loves school and I try to stay in school to remind me what it feels like to be a student. Keeps your focus on the most important things students need to know.... and not to treat my students badly. (because it really sucks when someone treats you badly)

Please remember what theses stand for:
BS is you bullshit degree
MS is your more shit degree
PhD is your piled higher and deeper degree

Depending what you want to be.....that is what you depend your type of education. Some of the smartest people never even graduated from high school.

I always tell my students.... a smart person does not know all the answers (unless playing Jeopardy) ;-)... but a smart person knows how to find those answers.

I am just half way thru getting my AA degree.... and I might go ahead and get the history degree of i could end up majoring in marijuana defence
