Plants turning crispy yellow

A few of my plants are beginning to turn yellow and feel really dryyy. I moved the light a little higher thinking that might be it, but 2 much taller plants dont seem to be affected at all, so i don't know if that's the case. THe majority of them are around 2 weeks old and I haven't added nutes to them yet. Any suggestions as to why this is happening to a couple plants and not all? Thanks

I can't really provide pics right now...They are all a little over 2 weeks old and it seems the ones that are affected only have yellowish burning look on the first set of leaves. I haven't started adding nutes in yet, so I don't tihnk that's the problem. Do you think it's about time to start adding htem? I raised my light up a little too just in case.

i'd say in another 2 weeks 1/8th strength.. your soil could be burning them like SB said... i'd check the ph too

and like I said, I haven't started adding nutes yet and I always test the ph of my water. not all my plants have this problem but a good portion do and some look like they are getting worse.

Id say with what i can see the leaves are curling up the way and there crisping n they look a healthy enough green its to dry and to warm but i could be wrong cause ive never grown so much as a daisy ;P

ya i flushed them out pretty well and I'm constantly spraying them down. It's only happened to a few so I don't understand how it could be from nutes. I'm transplanting them all tomorrow, what kind of soil/mixers would be good to pickup at a local lowes or something?

Guys how can it be nute burn if he hasnt added nutes yet and again when the leaves curl up like that n it drys like that its 90% chance its to warm and the humidity is to low its impossable to have nute burn with no nutes added unless u usein some overly overly rich soil and waiting 2 weeks to feed nutrients balls to that i use all mix and i start adding nutes 2 to 3 days tops after there sprouted and any strain ive grown loves it some more than others but thats were trail n error comes into play. and as to the reason theres only a few like that maybe they the 1s closest to the light or ive heard when ya usein the wrong materials to cover ur walls if there not stuck down flat they can magnifiey the light at certian points but as to that i only no wat i heard cause ive always used the white covers fer the wall's. Guys had to edit this n say 1 more time nute burn with no nutes added lmao !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks ofr the reply...so raising the light a little could easily fix this problem you're saying? I have mylar up but I've got it hanging the best I could and it's not too close to them either.

it seems the ones that are affected only have yellowish burning look on the first set of leaves.

Is that first as in the top leaves meaning the newest leaves or first as in the first to appear/grow meaning the oldest leaves on the bottom?

The oldest leaves seem to be the only ones being affected. Mainly just the center leaf too, some all 3.

there is def nutes in that soil. that is not heat or humidity stress.

is there a soil/mixers you recommend that I could find at a home depot or lowes?

also, my room stays around only 30% humidity...should i invest in a humidifier?
