I think the way he clipped his leaves is a supercropping tech. I have seen. Apparently if you snip the tips off of the 3-set leaves early on then they will stop growing in size, thus forcing the plant to focus resourses on new growth. I have seen it done in many threds but I have never personally tried it.BIG question................ Why would you trim the leaves on your babies???? They aren't clones man they have roots therefore are able to power the whole plant without trimming the leaves. The trimming is done on clones so while the fresh cutting has no roots it doesn't have to support so many leaves (thus cutting some in half ect......) But your roots are already established. Remember this LEAFS make your BUD so don't go cutting anymore leaves like that. You want your plant to be doing photosynthesis to the MAX and it can't do that with leaves missing.
