I have learned so much from this site I respect all the growers that are on here to help this marijuana movement a noobies like me I was just wondering what people on here think are some of the most potent bud to grow or smoke

The original White Widow, White Russian and AK-47 were very good but many seedbanks sell knockoffs, their version of those strains and while they can be good they are not as good.

Some of the very best pot I’ve ever smoked was the old landrace Colombian Gold and Acapulco Gold and Panama Red but you can’t find those true landrace strains these days and again instead ones that use the name but are not the same.

What was most certainly the very best pot I have ever smoked was a landrace strain that I cannot remember the name for right now. When my brother in law returned from Vietnam he bought a stereo system that had massive speakers and he pulled out the woofer and filled the speaker cabinets with pot.

It was beyond description. It left you totally dazed and confused, totally. You could be in your own home and be more lost than if you had been blindfolded and flown halfway way around the world and put in some strange home in the dark after smoking the best bud of today. You couldn’t think you could hardly function. I couldn’t remember my dog’s name and at times I was sure I was at someone else’s home instead of my home. It was like I had never seen the place before. It was almost dangerous. That may be hard to believe for some but as I said it was beyond description.

Depending on what "gold" you are asking about I might very well be able to say yes. I smoked several true original landrace golds in the past. What really makes me wonder about them is that as good as they were they had seeds so how much better would they have been if they had been grown seedless and the extra energy had gone to produce more THC instead of seeds? What is also amazing to think about is that it would cost $35.00 to $45.00 for lid, not a weighed ounce but a lid where the baggie was so full that you could hardly fold the flap over to close the bag. Talk about getting your monies worth!

thats cheap wish it was still like that around my way people charge 5 to 600 a oz for purp and it's not better than some trainwreck I smoked for 250 a oz.

Shit, seems like the forkin economy bein in the shitter's effectin the damn prices for a zip of some bomb, somethin! A few year ago we could get some of the bomb strains, diesel, durban poison, the GOO, all ofit for like $300, max! Now, it's like pepe's want 60-an-1/8th all the way up! FRicken rip-off, crack prices are better than that!

lol man you are so so right thats what made me be like I'll grow my own instead of paying 60 to 75 for 1/8
