This is my first time growing. At first, I accidently gave the plant nute burn, however I flushed thoroughly and it started growing once again. This was about 1.5 months ago when it only had four leaves. It's been growing well since, but has started showing these brownish/purple spots on the middle of the leaves. It is watered soley with bottled distilled H20 and is in EcoGro organic potting soil. No nutrients are given besides the soil & H20. It's on a 20/4 timer right now and I have a fan on it approximately 4 - 6 hours per day. The closet it is in ranges from 60 - 75 degrees F. Please let me know what the problem might be and what I should do. Thanks.

Also it looks over watered. How often do you water, and are there any drainage holes in that bowl/pot?

thanks for the advice. It almost died when i over fertilized it so i figure thats why its so small still. Actually its been alive for well over 2 months. Its also very cold in my house as it sometimes drops to 55 or so although i dont believe the grow area gets below 60. I water around once every 5 or 6 days. Its in a 5 gallon bucket and i give it enough h2o to cover the top soil, about 0.5cm all around. there is gravel at the bottom of the bucket which came w three drainage holes predrilled. I make sure to put the fan on whenever i water. I have some 5-10-5 fertilizer. Ill try giving it that tonight as that should help fix the deficiencies right? Thanks again.

Its too cold in there. you might want to get a space heater. They arnt transpiring much in the cool environment so they dont need as much water. Also chlorophyll (the green stuff) has trouble surviving when its cold so that may also be why they are yellow and purple. If you use ferts, only use a 1/8th the amount recomended. Also only water when the soil is dry, and make sure you soakthe soil when you do water, then let it dry out again.
