1st time grower can't diagnose problem

hi all, i'm a first time grower.

i'm growing in all organic soil, which has no time release nutrients
or anything like that, mixed in with 20% perlite.
my plants have just started to flower under the sun but i've noticed
on most of them, this issue, which you can see in the pictures.

this problem is only occurring on new leaves, not old ones.
the middle of the leaf is still a normal green leaf colour
but in between the veins the colour is pale yellow and the leaf tips
are curling down and dying. the serrated edges of the leaves are also
dying. i've done a lot of searches on google and rollitup and i'm pretty
sure it's a potassium deficiency but i just wanted some reassurance
from long time growers.

note: last night i gave them a dose of Seasol, which is a flowering
nutrients with a lot of potassium in it, so i was just wondering how long
will i have to wait until i see an improvement or know, i've fixed
the deficiency, assuming i have a potassium deficiency.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
buddy.

What kind of nutes were you using before, or were you? If not then those nutes will help, but you really need veg nutes.

i didn't use nutes much.
every 2 weeks i'd give 3/4 recommended dosage
of charlie carp which is a veg nutes. but now
that each plant has about 4 - 6 calyxes each i gave them
flower nutes yesterday (seasol).

do you know what deficiency i'm having?

thanks,
buddy.

It isnt bad at all so its hard to call. The browning on the sides does look like potassium. The browning of the tips of the young growth can be an assortment of micronutrients.
If you just gave them flower nutes, then i would just let it go and see what happens, if it gets worse then post the pics, but it looks like nothing "bad".
Hope all goes well. Lamp

ah okay. thanks so much for your help +1 rep.
one more question about the new leaf growth;
the tips are already necrotic even though they're not
their full size yet. is that still, not too bad?

thanks again for your help :)
buddy.

Yeah its just the tips, they will not heal themselves so cut the tips off. If it gets worse you will be able to tell better this way.

More light, less water, bigger pot and new nutes will turn this girl around.
Just keeping it simple.;-)
