I believe there are aliens out there. Maybe I'm nuts, or maybe its just logical. I believe the universe is like an ocean of life floating around in space. Some places there won't be life, but other places are teaming with like, like earth. I think it would be ignorant to believe that earth is the only planet in the UNIVERSE with intelligent life on it. There are millions of stars in galaxies and millions (if not billions) of galaxies in the universe. We have ~9 planets (some with moons/smaller planets) orbiting Our Sun. Our sun is considered a DWARF star too. So imagine how many planets are actually out there if every Sun has an average of say ~10 planets per star.

Until We are allowed to have spacecraft We are almost like the fish in the ocean. All the fish see is whats below the surface and ignorant of anything "topside". The fish don't know about all the technology We have. Maybe a fish seeing a scuba diver is like a person seeing a UFO. I'm sure its a rare occasion for a fish to see a scuba diver but that doesn't change the fact that scuba divers are real. Many fish will live all their lives not seeing a scuba diver, car, train, computer, fire, space ship/rockets, the moon, planes, skydivers, cities, topside plants, topside animals, birds, etc. You dig?

I also believe that the universe is teeming with life. I also know that we are what would be considered Boonie land to the rest of the galaxy. We are not near the center of our galaxy where the REAL action is taking place. No, we are way way out on the outer spiral, in an insignificant location. It is a far far cry to take those probabilities and decide that aliens are visiting us. That's where I leave the conversation.

Are there aliens in the universe? Yes.

Are they visiting us? No.

There just isn't any point in being out here.

I do believe in UFO's.... I am quite aware of people seeing things. It is a FAR leap howvere, to say that "alien beings" are flying way the hell to the outer limits of our galaxy to "visit" us.

That is an extraordinary claim which requires extraordinary evidence. Since this evidence CANNOT be produced...it MUST be a conspiracy, right? :lol:

I will be the first to admit that life exists elsewhere...who really wouldn't. But visiting us? Pish tosh my gosh...no. Have you looked at the galactical map as to our location? We are like in the sticks dude.... we are the hillbillies of our galaxy.

The very fact that Condi held that position in a country of 300 million speaks volumes about the differences between the US and elsewhere.... not to mention Obama. Spare me your moral superiority implications...you have none.
