Strain with no crash, I need that RIU advice!

So, I am researching for my next grow and I have come across the point where I decide which strains I'd like. Now, money for seeds is not a concern because from my point of view it is money well spent. So, I need some advice on what strain to pick for my upcoming grow. My one and only requirement is little to no crash/burnout.

I'm not sure why but from my experience with smoking with a very eclectic variety of people, I have come across one or two people that pass out no matter what type of weed they smoke. Literally I have seen one friend in particular pass out as if he's been drinking all day whenever he gets stoned.
Now, this frequently happens to me and every once in a while I'll have a couple days in a row where I CANNOT keep myself awake no matter what I do. Hell, I get mega loads of sleep but it really sucks when I plan on going out at night but find out I can't move after marinating before heading out.

I would like to know if anyone knows of an indoor strain or two that does not have a depressing(physically) or even burnout effect during the comedown (a couple hours or so after toking). I've had my eye on Jack Herrer for a while but I would like some valuable advice before I commit.
It seems that no matter what hybrid or pure race I smoke, if I want to get good and stoned I have to plan a nap ahead of time. Help!

lmao i have a couple of friends who always pass out after smoking. i notice its the bony ones. as for stains i think you should get sativa type no indica.

i was gonna say jack herrer. i wanna grow that strain more than any other right now! supposed to be absolutely fantastic. u for sure want sativa. maybe a haze? but def consider jack

I am sure Jack Herer would be a great strain but I have no experience with it. However, THE one strain that I actually started growing meds for is ...KALI MIST. It has that "get up and go" type of high without the edgyness. I would be willing to bet that if you smoked some Kali, you would be unable to sleep regardless of the situation.

Kali is simply put, one of the prettiest, best smelling, intense highs I have ever experienced and I am a Sativa lover. Indicas have their place but give me a Sativa anyday. Kali Mist has no ceiling. The more you smoke the higher you get. I have had friends that swear they could OD off a fistfull of Kali.:lol:

She is easy to grow...simple to clone...great yields (my biggest yielder @ 2+ OZ's per plant)...the most intoxicating smell for herb EVER...full of resin...words cannot describe what a awesome strain Kali Mist is. As I said earlier, I actually started growing my meds because I could not find Kali with anyone I was dealing with. Two and a half years later, I keep Kali Mist growing in my garden beside AK47...White Widow...Hindu Kush...White Berry...White Russian and it is without a doubt, my top shelf bud. Nothing else is even close. If I sold my meds, I could get $500 an ounce easy and I would not be able to keep it. No one knows I grow but they know I have access to Kali and I get requests almost on a daily basis. If I ever decided to grow some for cash, Kali would certainly make that list. The only drawback, if there is one, is the long flower time, 90+ days but trust me, I would grow it if it had a 120 day flower, it is THAT good.

Sorry for the long rant but when I read your post, it sounds like you are screaming for some Kali Mist.

Here are a few pics of my latest Kali that is due to harvest in about 6 more weeks. I have a OZ left from my last harvest and I swear, I guard that last OZ more than I do any other possession I have (cept for my kids :mrgreen:) Give Kali Mist a good long look. I promise, you won't be sorry nor will you be worried about "passing out".

These pics are of my girls at 28-34 days and they are 56 inches tall. It takes around 90-100 days for Kali to reaach her lovliness so these pics are 1/3 of the way to finish. You can see resin starting to cover the buds. Most of these were taken under the HPS but if you would like to see some better pics, I will rip those girls out and make'em dance. I LOVE handeling my Kali's. Enjoy and good luck.

Also when you harvest has a LOT to do with the high of the bud. If you harvest a bit earlier its more of heady high, if you wait longer it develops more of a body high.

Awesome, thanks for the info Rocky! Your rant was very very convincing. I would love to see some more pictures of your ladies as well. I'm currently growing a hybrid with kali-mist as the only father so I am so much more excited to see how it turns out. Kali-mist sounds like the strain I want so far.

That has a lot to do with when you harvest, indicas and kush strains flower in a really short time so most people crop them later and you get that intense body high, but when you grow your own you can crop a bit earlier, you get that same intense high, but you dont pass out right away. Sativas tend to be more mellow for me

Everyone is different though. I always find Sativas much harder to grow, but when done right they always just Slay me.

SATIVA ALL DAY GET 100% SATIVA you will not be tired from that. perfect wake n bake with a pure sativa.
