Best Lighting Setup for Homebox S

The title really says all. What do you guys think the best lighting system would be for a Homebox S grow tent. I'm pretty sure the specs are like 2.5' x 2.5' x 4', or 31.5" x 31.5" x 47.5".

Right now I have a 4' x 4' x 6.5', with a 400 watt floralux hps, and although it's awesome, I just feel like for my stage of growing it's way too much. Not only is the tent extremely huge (I could honestly fit in it and sleep in there if I actually had to), but I don't really see a need for the 400 watter.

If I were to go with the Homebox S as a flowering tent, what type of lighting do you guys think would be best? I had already kind of decided on CFL's because my mother tent has them and I'm impressed with their results so far. I just feel that for the tent's small size, a butt load of CFL's would be best. I think there's only 2 inline fan openings on the tent as well, so it would be kind of difficult to cool an HPS without using splitters on the tent's openings.

Anybody have any other input?

From what I've read HPS is the way to go for the flowering stage...This is basically what I've been hearing all over:

Floroscent/CFL for Early stages (2-3 weeks)
MH Lighting for Vegitation Stage (blue light spectrum)
HPS Lighting for Flowering Cycle (Red light)

As for the size of your growing area I have nooooo idea, I'd love to see pics?

Thanks for your input. I will be getting together some pics of my current set up pretty soon.

The reason I was asking the question was because I would like to down size from my massive flowering tent, to a smaller one.

I am growing Sea of Green style, so I essentially take my plants from clone, veg them maybe one week and then put them in the flowering tent. In April will be my first harvest using the sea of green method from clone. After I decide how it works out, with the strains I have and the height they reach before forming buds, then I will know exactly how big of a tent is needed.
