After moving the light up a bit her fourth set seem to be doing just fine. So I'm pulling up a chair for this grow. Good luck with your grow. That a lot of plants to tend to. I hope the harvest doesn't take multiple hours of trimming. That's the only thing I dislike about growing.

It is a lot of plants yeah, i hope we haven't taken on too much but there's 2 of us taking care of them so hopefully we can produce something good at the end.

hey dread, damn nice grow you got here man, just stoppin by givin props, also had a question, how long did it take for your church seeds to germinate and sprout out of the soil? cause i got a couple going but its been 5 days and i havent seen them poop out of the soil yet. Thanks a ton bro and one last thing SUBSCRIBED hahaha i want to see the harvest of these beasts

I think it took about 2 or 3 days before they cracked. Did you germinate them in tissue first or just put them straight into soil?

Yeah I put it in a moist paper towel first and the root was about 1in long before I potted and I potted 3 days ago

Yeah they're doin great thanks, no pics today but i'll get some tomorrow
I posted my germination/planting method a few posts back if you want to see what i did. i had the main soil/perlite mix 3/4 of the way up a cup and the very top used just soil sprayed with water. I think this helps keep the perlite down away from the first roots so that the seed has planty of loose soil to start in. Might be worth just scraping back a little soil on top very carefully to see if its trying to push upwards. I did have one that was growing upside down!? so i carefully flipped it over and its fine now. hope this helps

thanks plenty bro, i scraped off the about 1cm off the top and the root was sticking straight out haha, it was pushing sideways and the shells is off but the first two leaves haven't uncurled yet.

Glad to be on board, and thanks for the welcome. With those great genetics, and as long as you guys stay on top of things you should have a plentiful harvest.

The first batch are less than a week away from going into flowering now. a couple have purple branch stems (trainwreck i think) and 1 church in particular is getting wilted, shrivelled,brown leaves at the bottom and is looking small and neglected. Weird cos the conditions have been exactly the same for it as another church which is growing faster than everything else. I guess this is just genetic but if it dies alls not lost. :leaf: 3 more days of veg left! For the last week of veg we've switched from 24hr light to 18/6 just to help set up strong roots for flowering.

Got a new reflector for the 400w today so just gotta get a 400w MH bulb and the veg/mother room will be ready to set up. Gonna build it at the weekend hopefully

Bought some Ionics soil grow yesterday and getting the bloom and boost this weekend. Also found an old rat-cage lying around which'll be perfect for a cloning chamber but that won't be used til april

Some white widow coming tomorrow too, dunno how many, my friends germing them

sh*t, i'm going to sit at my computer and wait..........

i love flowering, those girls are going to explode (in size). i can't wait to see it.

what a result! excellent choice of strains as well. my order will be very similiar. Cant wait to see the development during flowering. How long did you allow these to stay in veg? Are you expecting 9-10 weeks for flowering?

Vegging for 4 weeks and then planning on flowering for about 8 but that will depend on the strains, since we've got some that reportedly flower in 5-6 weeks and others in 10-12 that time could vary a lot. I guess they'll just be done when they're done.:leaf:

:leaf: Built a temporary mother room yesterday cos the builders yard was closed so until we get some timber then we're gonna have to use this. Its just an old cupboard thing we lined out with mylar. I fixed a few small computer fans in the sides and a new 400w MH but after covering it to stop any light leaks, the temperature inside got way too hot way too quick so we've moved it into another room for the time being.
