Super Lemon Haze for a first timer.

Hi everyone in the RIU community. I am just getting ready to start my first grow (fictionally of course because I live in the US).

I got my seeds yesterday, and Im going to use a 6or 8 site DIY aeroponic set with a rubbermaid thanks to filthyfletch.

I am ordering my 400w hps and FF nutes and meters today. I am going to start germinating 1 seed soon. They are femenized and Im going to use a mother / clone system so I am going to try and conserve seeds.

Ill post up pics once I get everything runing. I have been reading this forum for a long time, so hopefully I wont have too many problems, but at least I have you guys to turn too when I do encounter them.

Yes I plan on borrowing my friends awesome camera and when I get my tax returns Im guna get a microscope so I should have lots of good pics.

An amber heart sinks into the trees yet its god like rays reach into the smoke I exhale illuminating it to assorted hues of yellow and gold. We were on a trip and our goal was the local hydro shop a mere 300 miles away.

We started the journey with a business meeting in a local coffee shop, wich usually filled with the smog of cigarettes and young people of all sorts was crammed with the old and decrepit. We decided to sit in a short hallway in the entrance and I told him my dream. He decided to give me a very helpful 100$ to get me on my way. I promised a long term pay back of 3 times that.

The "local" store is amazing. A warehouse full of nothing but hydroponics equipment. I wished that I had more then my small 450$ budget, however I knew I would return many many more times.

Well here is my 400w HPS Reflector, ballast, and nutes.

I love the veg BOX, ha. And the humidity dome is perfect.

I've been talking to my girls, and they promised to talk to some people they know that can get your seed to sprout. So yeah, watch out for little weed fairies at night (my girls got connections).

thanks for the hook up on the faries. I hope to see a stem and leaves tomorrow. Yah I like my box and dome too, I was bored and decided to be crafty, but I dont have a lot of supplies.

I can see the first leaves poking through the stone wool plug now. Ill take a picture tomorrow to show the first little leaves.

Is it dangerous if my taproot is near the top of the cube? I dont want it to get too much light exposure.

Life of new, built of old. If you do not believe in rebirth yet, you know too little of the world, or the concept. The twisting little stem slowly probes through the pin prick whole, shoving the virgin leaves into the tainted air of my world. " its beautiful" cultivation that is. In a world of such wrong and corruption, at least us in the land of the un-free where the plant of peace is illegal, but this plant renews my hippy brain, reminding me that we dont have to play by the rules of this fucked up system. WE can FIGHT it!

I can see green. Very exiting. I know it's blurry, but they look happy.

Also, I've never cared so much for the white stripes but I'm definitely coming around with all your links. That apple blossom reminds me a little of the beatles.

stripes very so much in genre, I love jack white. Glad to be slowly convincing you lol. Its pretty much going to be stripes modest mouse and black key links lol. They are the bands I listen to and play on my guitar.

Yes my baby looks very happy and is shooting up. I cant wait for her first set of real leaves. I made a reflector, and I have been keeping it slightly warmer in my growbox. I was letting it get down to 65 before now Im trying to keep it around 75 or higher.

My girlfriend is not a fucking hamster. Not a fish, frog or even a fucking monkey. I dont know if that makes her more important, but it does mean she has more effect on my emotions. Her and our little living sack inside of her. however, today. the sack meats its maker.

This morning I took the temp of my box and it was 55F. I freaked. turned on my space heater and grabbed some blankets to insulate it.

Then I was having troubles keeping it about 75 untill the lights came on. Just 2 fluorescents and with the help of the initial heat of the heater, my box stays a good 80-85.

I wonder what will happen tonight though.

Forgive me if you already read this on my thread, but here is a quote on temperature:

As long as you don't freeze your plants,
you won't have any shock.

If you look at my 4 inch grow,
the highest temp during most of the grow has been around 63ºf

My room has a recording thermometer
and the daily temp range is 55º-63º

So I wouldn't worry too much. I'm don't think 55 is something to shoot for, but apparently it won't kill them.

oo thanks apparently I never saw that in your thread. I dint think temperature was too big of a deal, but 55 is a little on the low end lol.

Blood on the floor, the wall is broken. Blood on the mattress soaked too deep to ever come out. Blood everywhere. Just because we didnt pay much for our hotel room did it have to be this terrifying. At 2am I hear a banging on the next door down the hall. I looked out the peephole and saw a police mans Belt. The man next door never came out, and I had to suffer through the door pounding for an hour or maybe evan longer. I wonder If the room next door is soaked in blood too.

Well I made another trip to the local hydro shop a damned 300 miles away, and when I was almost there realised DOH! I forgot my cash. Me and my friend whent back dissapointed and decided to go still after we got the money. We got to the shop 15 minutes before it closed.

I wasnt evan getting much, I just wanted to go to the city so I had plenty of time. We decided that was enough driving for the day and decided to stay in a hotel, we didnt have a credit card so are options were very limited.

When I got home the next day the box was cold and dry, and her 2 jagged leaves were sticking up, like they would be if they were really hot, could this be because of the dryness, or the heat of the box the day before? Well hopefully my new tray and dome and temperature/humidity will help me. I also got the pump and misters for my aerobox. Im going to make a small aero bucket to veg this mommy in I think. I wana do that quick and get her under my 400w for some good vegetation.

Sorry for the blurry pics again, oh and my dog rem (named after the goddess of death from death note). Oh and my bubbler. I think Ima call it Poseidon or Tartarus.
