What do i need to grow in my closet using CFL?

Its my first time growing and want to do it indoor, using my closet (wardrobe), what do i need just for one plant? Ive chosen to use a CFL light as it seems to be the cheapest option.

Im open to all sugestions

42 watt for the top and I'd say about 6 27w cfl's for the sides...remember ventilation and heat. Use 6500k For veg and 2700K color spectrum for flower...

Really? just for one plant? haha i have no clue . is the 42w a must? that plus the ballast is rather pricy

balast? If you live in the US go to home depot and buy the 10$ clamp on light reflector that comes with a cord, socket, 10inch bowl reflector and clamp.
