Here is one off of ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-White-Broan-Quiet-Bathroom-Exhaust-Ventilation-Fan_W0QQitemZ190290665362QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item190290665362&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72:1205|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318|301:1|293:1|294:50

It moves 110 CFM and the price is good

Spray a little pam cooking oil or wd40 if you don't mind the smell. while its on just spray a little into the intake. seems to help me stop some of the rattles of cheap fans.

but the noise is coming from friction. when 2 things move and then touch friction is the only thing that produces sound. any sound your hearing is some sort of moving part in there. for me it normally quietes is up. i love the cheap fans and with some flexing, pounding and very light oil i can normally get them silent
