super cropping vs. topping

what is the best way to make more bush colas? with least stress for a beginner? and whens the earliest you can do this?

at the 4th true node you can start topping. to me topping and fimming are for the most part the same thing. just keep topping till you have it as bushy as you like

Depending on what strain you have.Most Subcool seeds you can top after the 1st set of leaves,I supercrop as soon as new branches 5 cm long,top,repeat process and after the light switch,when they start stretching.

sure this wont help you get more "colas " per say but side lighting along with tying some branches together to get more light to the buds other than the cola is a great way to increase yield without even taking anything sharp to your plant

I would fim at 6 inches high, wait one week and fim again (all), again wait one week fim (all) last time. Now you must wait at least one week before 12/12. And the longer you waith the better.

I would suggest FIMming in combination with LST to get maximum yield possible. If you doubt what I say then just check the link in my signature

Thats were your wrong! They are two different methods. FIMing can give you upto 8 main colas when FIMmed once. Topping just stresses the plant and forms fewer colas that produce smaller buds.

Thats alot of FIMming. Why so much and how many main colas do you end up with? Do you keep your plants small?

M Blaze when I fim 2 or 3 times I normally get about 24-27 tops, and I veg for about three months. SO she they get about 22-26 inches high before flowering. The Colas are nice and fat.

Get a pair of triming scissors, pull the top two fresh leaves apart and snip 3/4 of the pair inside that are still clung together. Piece of cake.
