Problem!!! almost a month into flowering and still no buds or pistils

actually i didnt steal it from my friends house, we had time on our hands and we were looking around for bulbs and we came across a few new 50w hps's and he let me have one for a few weeks till the flowers are more mature so shows how much you fuckin know me. I dont steal from my friends or other people cuz i know how it feels to have something expensive stolen and you guys are all takin shit all serious in this forum like your all "innicent" so get off my damn pipe. I joined this site so i could have succesful grows, not to be banned cuz i posted something idiotic up.

i thought about setting up boobie traps and shit, but then i was like ok bad enough i grow ganja and the neighbors would love it im sure. but god forbid some kid came snooping around my house and got hurt bad. i did have a pitbull, but he died 3 weeks or so ago....hey love your anuimals while you got em, because im wishing i had mine now....rest in peace jocko----he was old and lived an awsome life....you know its crazy i probably had my dog (16 years) as long as the theif has been alive.

im sorry for your loss bro, i have 3 dogs myself and their not dogs their my kids. but try this it works great, tie a bunch of aluminum cans to some fish line and hang just off the ground around you grow. they make a shit load of noise when something gets snagged up in them,and it won't hurt kids. good luck

If they are seed plants, they have to be ready to flower before you switch to 12/12. The most obvious sign is alternating nodes instead of opposite nodes. So when the leaves start to form the shoots one at a time (not in pairs opposite each other) the plant is ready to flower. That is why seed plants take longer to get a harvest because the plant actually has to be ready to flower, a clone can be flowered right away. Also hazes and heavy sativas can take a long time to start flowering. My sexually mature haze cross I have going now did not show a single pistal until the 4th week of 12/12. It may be slow but I bet is gonna be real good smoke. Hope this helps!

so ....if the plant is not ready to be flowering but is "forced" into pre-flowering would it be ready in later on in time without any re-vegging of the plant??

Hello.. This is to Mr. Ganja. Hey I reside in Houston Tx. I have my own lil mini-grow room that I created. I have a nice femail plant that is about 4 feet tall and she's into the flowering stage. I've done 12/12 for the past month. The lil hairs and buds have grown all around the pistil. The plant is kinda bushy and dark green, however, how long does it take to completely finish this stage of maturing??? I'm using approximiately 400 watts of liehgts for the culture.

The photo I posted is a slightly older photo. My buds are atleast 5 weeks in advance of these photos. I'll post up the actual photo of what my plant look like now. I'm just concerned about all of the 12/12 I've exposed the plant to. I've done atleast 4 weeks of 12/12. Do I need to increase my darkness time; such as 16 dark and 11(light)?????

Dude, there is several things going on with the plants in your pic. One is that there isn't enough light. Put them on a 12/12 cycle and make sure that the nutrients are set right and ph is right of course. To get them into flowering they have to be in complete darkness for 24 hours. That means NO light must enter the area around the plants as well. The plants can revert back to veg. state if something tells it to, like less than 12 hours of light will force it back to vegetative state. Which that would be your case: light. Figure it out.

i will teach you and i will do it for free. at walmart in the lights section, there are 250 watt heat lamps. raised 2 feet from the plant or more, you will want the heat but not to much heat. watch 36 hours of dark, then pinch all your new nodes that are growing. seriously. then blast that fucker with those new lights. the 250 watts at wallyworld are like 5 bucks a piece. for 250watt i hopped on it. but be careful! they do get very hot!
