So out of my 11 plants already 4 of them have been sacrificed to the bud god. I am never buying non-feminized seeds again unless I intend to breed because this is just ridiculous how many males there are, there could even be 2 more by the looks of it.

No offense man, but what did you expect. I mean you have literally a 50/50 chance of it being a male.

I guess I expected about this, but I hate that all the big ones are males.
No offense but it is not literally a 50/50 chance by any stretch of statistics. I suppose about half is a good estimate, and I think thats what I'll get if not more. I may end up with 8/11. Unfortunately I took cuttings and cloned and am not sure which clones are from males its juts a big hassle because now I have to look at all the clones once they mature to see which is which.

And here I am with a smile. For about a minute of my wallets time more than non femmed I got 10 white widow skunks and 5 Lowrider 2. I love it. I only germed 2 of the wws and plan to clone for the rest of my plants.

It's not a 50/50 chance... Prime conditions favor females over males.. I still will only buy fem seeds.. It's peace of mind, till you get unlucky and get a male in the femmed seems...

In the end fem seeds just aren't totally reliable. Get a good stock of female plants and clone clone clone (cuttings).

I bought fem seeds for the first time, and am growing one plant right now.I'm so very pleased with her, she's a big buddha g bomb, and she is strong, stocky, and beautiful. I think fems are probably a good idea for someone like me, who is only growing small amounts at a time,and for whom cash can sometimes be tight. So far I'm very happy, stop by and check out my grow journal.Be warned, we veer off topic a lot,but there are plenty of pics of her.
