Hey Growforgood. Saw on Jerry´s thread so decided to check out your journal. I read over there the strains you are growing, thats a nice mix. I´ll be checking your progress.

Regarding your airflow, yeah your idea sounded right, you want the air blowing out not in.

Earlier, when I was clicking on your journal link it was giving me a 404 error message, but now its working fine.

I´ve never seen a dark green root. But if the plant is growing I wouldnt worry too much about it. Anyway at that early stage I can´t imagine much you can do about it. You got a pic ?

Just getting started huh? well good luck. My flowering time is only 7 weeks so you should get to see mine from start to finish about 4 weeks before yours is done... sweet i will keep an eye

Nice to see you up and running growforgood! Get up as much information as you can about your setup, care, nutrients, hours of daylight, temperature, humidity, ph, etc etc etc...the more info the more help it is to everyone!

All right.. My room is at 50% hum . and about 77 to 80dgrz ... i put seedlings in yesterday.. 03/16 .. 2 cannadentail reg seeds cracxked first.. 1of 2 cracked of strain k-train.. and also 1 of 2 blue chesse both femnzd.. i also have 1 seed feminzd of Jorges Diamonds. i think i want to wait about 2 weeks before i start that

Today I am going to my store to get nutes for my :leaf:.. what do i get for them now and for veg what should i get? i am using pro mix.. nothing else ...

Yeah ... I like the variety of strains you are growing, will be fun to watch.

It's all a matter of personal preference. You want to wait a couple weeks before administering any nutrients, as the plants are young and impressionable. All fertilizers are measured in N-P-K (Nitrogen-Potassium-Sodium); for veg you want one that has more Nitrogen to promote leaf growth. For flower, you want a higher concentration of Potassium. I use the Fox Farm line (Grow Big, Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom) and it seems to be working fine for me. You want to make sure whatever you choose there are trace amounts of other important elements and compounds like calcium, magnesium, molybdenum, etc.

Thanks Jerry!! I went ahead and got a trio from Botnicare.. looks pretty decent! Liquid Karma and a grow and bloom..

And yes Tatan they are supposed to be some good strains.. read about them and thought for weeks maybe months about what to get. and a little iffy on ordering online. but sent them to a spot and they were there 2 weeks later! i cant wait to watch them grow also!! Should be fun for my first!

I also grabbed 10x10 feet of white plastic .. and some rooting gel. i do plan to clone one of the best plants before i harvest.. figurd i wld try to learn as much during my first run!!

oh man!! I checked My babies lst night before bed and nothing.. But this morning i checked and heads are poking thru! Well 3 of the four..
1 Blue Cheese 1 K-train and 1 Cannadentail cracked. the other Cannadentail maybe a little slow.

And my other BLue Cheese seed cracked!! So i was super stoked!!!!

I also included the Promix i use.. I am not the best journalist but hopefully after all said and done, It will get better!!

Cool man, congratz on your seedlings! Will be watching this grow. I'm thinkin maybe you should take those wrappers off the water bottles for better lighting, might make a small difference. Keep us updated often!! Scribed'.

Thanks Skybike!! i will try that. i was using it as a homemade dome.. but see little help. so i will take off and see what happens.
