Will it live?

I started my grow about 6 days ago, I used a germinated bagseed, and the put it in some regular topsoil from walmart.

I spent 2 days germinating, and then put it in soil. I had it in the soil for 3 days, on the second day my brother overwatered it (not too much, but what I thought would give it root rot).

Today, at about noon, I started to really think it had root rot, so I dug it up to look at it, and it was almost poking through the soil, but I accidently dug the whole thing out, but I replanted it in the same spot.

Take a coin out and flip it in the air, and call out heads or tails. It might grow, if you did not damage the root while digging it out. One of the most important things in growing a good crop is, Patients.

One last thing. It is much easier to save a plant from under watering, then to save it from over watering it.

Good luck on your grow.:blsmoke:

wow dude, don't know. Rot won't happen in such a short time frame, just not logical. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Go ahead and germinate a few more seeds. You're only a few days in and haven't got that much time invested.

Are you growing indoors? Here is a picture of a 25 day old plant in a WaterFarm system, that cost $50. This system includeds everything, except the lights and the started cubes. works great. and very, very easy. Even comes with the Nuts, and Hydroton.

I love this little Waterfarm. :leaf::hump:

Oh, the pen is about 5"

This is Northern Lights. A type of Indica.

Wish I could get a picture of the Knuckles where the Bud sites hook to the main stem. They are HUGE!!

Should be fine, but don't over-water it again and don't dig it up again and when you repot it - put it in some decent soil - topsoil is NOT what you want. And before you ask - Miracle Gro isn't what you want either.

I dug up one of mine in my current grow, because after about 3 or 4 days of all the others popping the soil surface this one still hadn't shown. It had a healthy taproot, but very little else, so I put it back in and gave it another couple of days to show. Sure enough a couple of days later it popped above the soil.

Since then it's been the healthiest and most vigorous grower of all the plants! And it's taller than all the others too. Weird.

Just goes to show, you do need a little patience at times.
