I am using Mad Farmer to get my PH down to around 6 PH but I have to add like 5-10 Table spoons! Should I just keep adding till the number gets down? Or is the amount I put in too much in contrast to the amoun of the PH going down?

I add a tbls of this at a time and it barely puts a dent into my PH. Should I just add Tbls after Tbls after Tbls till it gets down? I wait about 5 minutes to let the air bubbles mix it real good? I just think that adding like half a quart to get my PH down is alot of solution.

To the best of my knowledge you shouldn't have to add TABLESPOONS of ph up/down to adjust your water. How big is your container of water, bath tub sized? lol j/k

Also, are you growing in soil? Aeroponics? You're growing medium will dictate what your ph should be. Soil, the plants like around 6.8. Soilless mediums mj likes 5.5 i think? Not sure on that one...i grow in soil. :p

I dont think I am explaining myself correctly. You guys are giving me great advice but the question still stands:

Will adding to much (in terms of volume) to my nuts in my resivior hurt the crop.

In other words, If i Have to use a whloe gallon of down, to get my ph to my level of about 6.2. is that ok to do? Or is there an amount (in volume) I should not go over? something LIke 50ml of down, or 150 ml of down? 1000 ml of down. If it take 1000ML of down to get my ph to that lvl, is it ok to just add and add and add?
