DAY 43 and they all look grate and smell amazing
the grape ape x hindu Kush has a citrus smell that is like
nothing i have smelt b4 and both parent plants were short
and stout they are getting pretty tall, and as far as the grape ape being
a slow vegger I guess crossed with the Hindu its not having that problem

DAY 45 Yesterday i had some issues again with the grape ape x hindu kush
fed them again and looks like no further problems seems they want a good dose of food onece a week, I am goint to transplant this weekend and put them under the big lights!

a friend came to stay with me after his crop was done and gave me some seeds he said he got from mandala seed bank

woah woah did he say what kind of seeds by any chance? sorry to revive this but i've GOT to know since I just picked up 2 strains from mandala...

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been growing for about 13 years now and have never
come across grape ape seeds until about a year ago,My friend
was finishing up his crop and had some seeds left over and offered them
to me seeing how my crop was about done and he needed a place 2 stay, so for some hindu kush, grape ape ,hash plant and a few mystery seeds and all the dam erb i could medicate on for the 3 weeks he was there I let him stay ,he was gone by the time i planted the seeds but they were all killer, bummer i only got 1 grape ape seed out of the mix

How in any way was I expressing to help? If anything, I was asking for his help.

Please, bring your bs douchbaggery elsewhere, I was simply wondering what a beautiful blue strain like that could be, especially since he knows his buddy got it from mandala and I've just purchased some of their strains.

I read all of the posts in this thread and enjoyed every second of it, yet didn't see a solid answer, so decided to ask. It just seemed like he might have a general idea or maybe guess from a crowd of pics (http://www.mandalaseeds.com/html/catalogue.html).

I didn't think that was a terrible thing to ask since most people on this website are very considerate and informative.

But like I said, most people..

anything that looks like my hindu kush ??all i know is it was amazing and the male grape ape
turned black in like 30 40 days and looked amazing so we all are dying to see what these are going to look like, they are hard as hell to keep happy, such a p thirsty strain

Oh man haha this is exciting! That's pretty strange, cause aren't most ughh kush strains very lenient when it comes to nutes? This could be a diamond in the rough my friend, I think you've created a very special breed

sounds like a great plan man! Get it in the hands of crazy crazy scientist weed specialists, cause I do believe you've started a beautiful cross.

Those 2 strains ALONE were some of the most beautiful nugs I've EVER seen.

I think you're doing great so far, you know your stuff, you've been doin it for over a decade too +rep coming your way (if I didn't do it already).

You've got the skillset, now you've just got to baby the baby.

Well ima take some better pics here in a few mins, so i will upload those and then every 3 days to see the chang of growth rate , the rest look grate but like i said the dam grape kush always give me trouble.

hrm yea it seems like they're kinda iffy bout them nutes, might just be cause the 2 strains haven't been stabilized so they're acting a little weird or something.

they actually don't look too bad, just a little discoloring on a leaf or two and some bending.

Maybe cut their dose in half for a couple weeks and see if it improves? I'm not quite sure, not the best person to give advice but it's all I can think of

here is the room with all my plants transplanted and with the co2 tank setup .I'm using 1 400 hps and 1 2700k 300 watt cfl for now till they are big enough then i will use the other 400 watt hps.
