expert advice? which nutrient combination do i choose? +rep

my plants are in week 2 flowering at about 10 days. two females. still small at about 26cm.

i have been feeding them 10-30-20 nutrients that i put in water. 1bag=1 gallon pail.

for veg i was using a 20-20-20.

now im going to buy more and this is the list i have to choose from here:

  • 30-10-10
  • 10-5-14
  • 10-30-20
  • 5-15-14
  • 24-8-16
  • 15-30-15
  • 20-30-20
  • 10-54-10
  • 12-36-14
what should i choose and why? 7 bags. 1bag=1 gallon of water nutes.

i want to have a solution that will keep my plants growing, because they are so small, (i left them in their original containers too long) but also still making good bud progress. then when the plant is big enough i want the plant to focus on the buds.
would the 10-54-10 solution be any good near the end? lots of P helps doesnt it?

You want a high phosphorous nutrient when you are flowering.

A 20-20-20 is good in veg because it is an all around nutrient but when you get into flowering the plants use a lot more phosphourous than either nitrogen or potassium

Out of that list I would get either the 10-54-10 or the 12-36-14.

I personally use a 19-31-17 and it seems to get the job done.

5-15-14 is what I would go with. everything else seems to high. If you have been feeding them 20-20-20 chances are their N levels are high enough going into flowering that yellowing should not be a problem. you could use this to the end as the others ratios of N is just too high IMO. no need for the ridiculous high P levels in some of those. slow and steady is always better than overdoing it. these ntes all seem like garden center variety which I suggest against as they are made for heavier fruit bearing plants like tomatoes.
best thing to do is post some pics and go from there. you dont want o use anything that has over 1 or 2 N ratio last weeks of flowering. into your 4th week or so, you want to back out the N nutes and keep going with the bloom. you want your oldest fans to start to yellow somewhere in the 6th week.
also gotta watch your ph cause these store nutes will acidify your soil so I highly suggest some fine dolomite lime added to the top layer of your soil to buffer ph and provide extra ca and mg that these store nute brands may or may not contain.

i notice with out the bud blood. my 1st grow thats all i used was the supper bloom and got fluffy buds. then i was turnd onto the bud blood and i was sold.

bud blood eh? hm; i wonder if i could find that on ebay you think ? hm what is this bud blood? do you have to use it with the other stuff there or can you just stdraight use it? im
on a bit of a budget here. thats why i posted those numbers there, its like 7 bucks for 7 bags. the 20-20-20 i had was very nice for my plants. but now that im going into flowering, i want some good buds, i dont want big fluffy buds and stuff. i'm gonna have to spend some cash, but i still dont want no fox farm ferts from ebay that are like 50 bucks. any ideaS? thanks

they say the 1st week in 12/12 use this only.now i have found if i use it a week be4 switching to 12/12 i see a bid difference in the bud growth in the first 2 weeks in 12/12.

ok i found some bud blood on ebay. my question is, what if i just used bud blood all the way through my grow? or what about this. right now i am using 10-30-20. i probably have about
two weeks left until thats empty. so then at 4 weeks for the first plant i would start giving them bud blood. and 3 weeks for the second plant (i flowered them a week apart)

that sounds good to me but im new to this still.

hm well whats a good one i can get for cheap? for bigger denser and heavier buds. i have that 10-30-20 still, so i will use that until its gone, until week 4 about. then the 4 or 5 reamining weeks, i would just like to use something that will increase my buds weight, density and just more bigger buds.

thats fine. but would stop the bud blood and get another bloomnutes

ok, after a few days of searching , i found some big bud and: it comes with a free tri pak of, bud blood and all kinds of stuff, so im gonnna go with this.
