Gday Int'. How are ya?

Answer these questions for yourself.

How old is this plant?
How long has it been in that soil?
Is your area light tight, ready to flower.

Time to get ye shit together.

This clone has the potential to grow into one large bud.
Quit fucking around too much and...

Repot into a larger tub with a neutral based soil.
Switch to 12/12, if your room is ready?
..and lets flower this fucker.
We'll work out what it needs along the way.
Lets go!
Hows it going?! Alrite here are the answers

1. From the time ive had it, its almost a month half old but its been under proper lighting and air conditions for just about a month. Remember its had a harsh time as far as getting light to it.

2. Month old in soil (The soil seems to be treating me well, drains well, my feeding schedule is usually the same)

3. Its not light tight due to the crack in the closet doors. But the box in the shop I just recently got ^^ is almost complete. Its the same size as your cubbie. It will be on Sunday I will be able to get there and finish it.

I really wanted to take this to another month of veg'n mammath only because its a foot 1/2 tall and I thought I could possibly stretch it out. I hear what ur saying though and I will do a pot transfer as soon as I go get another bag of soil.

I dont have alot of choices (besides online) as far as soil. I know a premix is a no-no but I dont think it has any time-released nutes of some sort.

Im friggin ready to do this! Ima snap another pic shortly..camera is MIA. Thank u mammath :peace:

Edit: I added 2 more cfls for a total of 9 for side lighting. Seems to work out well.

Edit #2: I know this thing is small but i was hoping for another month so I could possibly make a clone of her (if ya think its worth it).

She is starting look a little better there bro. And its totally up to you on what you want to do with her. I see a pretty good looking shoot sticking out on one of the pics snip that veg till you know its gonna live and then flower if you want. Your ph problem might be your soil not your water. If the ph of the soil is low it doesn't really matter what the ph of the water is cause its already off. Don't go heavy on the lime though do it a little at a time. What are the temps with lights on by the way?

Thanks man means alot, especially for my first. There is a spot in there thats wanting to come out, its been steady growing. Yea ur probably right killa the soil might be off. It is a premix :wall: but hopefully no nutes which im sure of.. Next time ill make my own with all the research i did. Edit: Sorry freakin baked. The temps stay between 73-83 maybe hit 84. Humidity 40-60

Thanks mammath. Really couldnt of done much without ur help and others as well. I understand it will triple and having enough light for it was something I honestly didnt think about. I didnt think about how much light it would need all around to get that flowering potential (hopefully). But ill figure something out with my new setup. Just like killa said I gotta figure out how to cover every end. Thanks guys, really appreciate ur time. Ill let you know wuts up.

I bet the soil ph out of the bag brand new is sitting some where right around 5.5 or something. That lime rock will help you raise it alot faster. At my local hydro store they have some really dependable cheap soil ph testers. 19.99 by rapitest. Its not the two prong b/s at lowes and what not. Get you a cheap soil ph tester and get that ph balanced real quick like lol

There is a soil ph test kit at home depot, not the prong, but its like tablets basically. Ill try to search for others. I just got more of the TLC soil and bought a 3gal bucket. I looked under my one gallon (barely one) and the freakin roots are sticking out all over the bottom :o. First time i seen'm. Walmart i think has that garden lime, gonna have to run by there again!!

Lol ya roots grow crazy fast man. Its better to give them some extra room to start with. Once you get the ph balanced you'll be back off running full speed ahead bro.

Okay i just have a question to ask ya. If for some reason the soil ph was off, would it show signs immediately? I been working with this soil with 2 diff plants and didnt have any problems. Ive done a soil ph and it was nuetral but havent done it after nutes. Idk killa im just gonna wing it since im low on funds and scratch the lime garden since I REALLY need to transfer. I hope I dont run into any problems but if I do, you can tell me "I told you so" lol. Thanks killa, CRACK KILLA

The signs would be the ones you are seeing now. I'm pretty sure MG is the first thing effected from ph fluxuation. During flowering if you don't have the right ph you could end up loosing a big portion of your yeild due to the inability to take up Potassium and Phosphorus. As long as you learn a lesson there will be no "I told you so" my first couple grow were FAR from good and even still I mess things up. The wise learn from others mistakes not from their own.

You need to get that PH between 6.5 - 7.0 in soil.
Elements like Mg, Ca, P, K, N will all get locked out in a soil grow if your below Ph 5.5.
Correct PH is just damn important and often over looked by many growers.
It is often the root cause of so many deficiencies.

I have tested the soil like I said before and it was very neutral. I understand what both of you are saying and im omw to get the garden lime from walmart. Could of sworn i saw it. That ph is 7.0 or below before nutes. If you guys are telling me that with nutes it will decrease it and I need garden lime then I can understand that.

I didnt overlook this as i did research. Thats why I tried to buy my water which ph'd alot better then other distilled. You guys are alot of help and Im just gonna have to figure it out. The MG kind of drifted off, i plucked most of the leaves. But like you said MG also could be a cause of ph (correct killa?). Ima do my homework promise.

Well if the ph is at sitting at 7 then it was just a MG deff. How is the new growth looking? Are the leaf tips still yellowing? As long as you aren't still getting the rusty spots on the leaves you should be good. Just make sure I mean like really make sure you have a solid soil ph for flowering. Check everytime you water. Big problems can arise from such small things lol. Hope all this helped int.

Some of the lower growth tips are yellow but all the new growth is very green. I went ahead and removed some of the bigger leaves that were REALLY dried up and orange looking, thought id try to get some more light in there as much as I. I also went ahead and put her in 3 gal bucket last night. My god those roots looked like they wanted some more room. Now I need to figure out my watering habits in a bigger bucket.

Im about to check the ph once i get a ride to home depot and couple places. I dont really like the tablet ph soil test kit but eh, it still works. I will keep checking up on my ph though without a doubt. you are lots of help thx killa :bigjoint:

Ok keep watching those lower tips thats were it begins. If it starts spreading up top then the problem is still at hand.
No problem ill be sure too. I just did some lst'n also, dont know if im too late for it but i tied down (loosely, sp?) couple of the taller main stems. Lowered the lights a little. Hope it helps. Ill take pics here in a sec. :weed:

What do you guys think? lst alrite?
I reckon you can bend her more from the base instead of starting the bend half way up the plant
I mean, tie her in the opposite direction about 3-4" from the bottom, and then tie her over.
You should be able to get a bit more of a bend in her and she'll end up not as tall as now.
Go easy though, you can gradually increase the bend over a few days.
Just my thoughts mate ;)
