My friend is just buying supersoil and amending it for our indoor setup because he thinks the organic additives in foxfarm will encourage disease and attract bugs. Is this true? Does anyone use foxfarm indoors?
I use the full line of FF nutrients and i use the ocean forest soil for my outdoor plants and never had any problems, but i have never used it indoors. As long as you watch your room everyday you should be fine with anything that happens, but i highly doubt that the soil will attact bugs to your room. good luckyour grow room is your laboratory, bugs will be present regardless of medium if you are not an attentive grower.

ps, i use ocean forest indoors, never had a pest problem yet, but you never know, it takes one spidermite to mess things up.
I agree with CC. Im using all the FF products from soil to nutes and I get great results, just check out my grow to see for yourself, all indoors. No bugs, no disease. Here's your answer......NO it will not attract bugs. I also use the full line of FF products including oceanforest soil indoors and have had no problems. I would think if you had bugs or other problems it would be more your set up and not the medium
