help with plant please!

yesterday my plant seemed to start dropping but i thought it was just me. today morning i look at it and it looks worse. here is a picture i took today? this is my first grow and its growing under 5 27 watt cfls. the water is ph'd and the temperature stays between 75 and 85. i water it every three days or so when the dirt is dry. the only thing that comes to my mind is probably because i havent started feeding it nutrients. it has been vegging for about 4 weeks already. any help?

what sort of soil are you using?

looks like it might need water. plants will use up more water as they get bigger.

Agreed. It's hard to see the leaves colors for nutrient deficiences in that photo. But if they look healthy I would say they just need some water.
