you sound like me about a 400. "is it hot?" lol. It is hot! and bright. you will wanna kill every ass who told you other wise. If you have never had a hid light up close in your house the experience will blow your mind. !!! seriously dudes remember back when your firdt hid made you laugh. A fucking streetlight in the house, lol.
You need a big 6 inch at least 400 cfm fan. A real inline. Good news is craiglist has all that in the garden section. Also ebay has auctions. Also their are hundreds of stores. Search you could prob get a used on craigs list for 50-60 bucks. That is another damn thing, lol, damn thing (I love my equipment now, so does my girlfreind,HA!) anyway that thing is another peice of industrial equipment you will havetp get used. Like being in the military and climbing in your first tank style.
then you need a good ballast and a good hood and a good bulb.

go digital on the 400. I just did and wow, the difernece witha lumatek and a sheilded cord and hood is awesome. trust me, they got that 30%!
all but the bulb on craigs list easy. Well. make sure you get either a blue or a purple ballast if lumatek. Electric interfernce. Be weary there. Old digi wont work in homes.
Hoods, get a wide air cooled hood. They are all long but width is hard to find.
Then I suggest a tent. That can be taken down and provides perfect environment control. Odlt enough closets and bathrooms and similiar deals are harder to control thatn you think. YOur plants get touchy, the good ones do over 77. They like it at nothing higher than 77. The dont seem to mind 65. Ideal is like 75-77 then an eight to ten drop in dark. Helps out no more than that.
the tent will be easy and you can take it down.
If you were to theoretically control the air at the exhaust with long tubes or just a long way to go you could get the exhaust air the same temp as the room air, Then you could hace a bathroom fan or a small duct fan, x inch blowing air out. On the ohther side of the room. Like 20-30 dollars plus tax. I sax becasue you dont want the air to be blowing out an odd temperature. I am sure you know what I mean,

My exhaust has a filter in the tent the pulled and pushed put the tent where a uv ozone generator sits. I took the lid and stuck it in the exhaust. Like a man made big blue. Cool
SO get all that amd you will be set. Use all the cations about ozone. It is cheap bu dangerous. NO sparky kind. they kill plants.
for summer you will need an air conditioner. Water based ones are cheap but the good ones are expensive. I mean the portables ones.
Temps get hi over 80 easy in places where it does not snow.
user a tent! controlled enviro is primo compared room. just the mechanics of air.

They will be probably 1 or 2 feet, I gave the dimensions of the room for exhaust so that I can have adequate airflow and cooling.
