Bill was a true genius. Some of his queries and opines are pure gold. How many people can sail a yacht and write a book at the same time?

One of his more famous quotes, which seems to be applicable right now..."I'd rather be governed by the first 400 people out of the Boston phone directory than the 400 members of the Harvard faculty. Priceless and very much poignant considering our present administration...
