Yes indeed, we just past ours this past year.Completely changed the game let me tell ya.Just had a meeting with our local sherriff and prosecutor and it was surreal to hear them say,"yes you can grow".oh-yeah we can and I am,hehehehe.good luck my friend

YES this will be a huge step towards legalization throughout the whole country!

Now that CA and MA have stepped up to the plate, I believe the rest of the states will slowly start to do the same.

wait a second, i heard about the decriminalization bill that passed. that makes anything thats an ounce or under, only a fine, but i didnt hear about anything to do with growing. fill me in

When are they voting on this bill? I know in CA they postponed it for a year but I'm not so sure on the MA bill.

It has been decriminalized, not legalized. A $100 fine for under an ounce, if under 18, parent notification and a class must be taken. They can still get you for driving under the influence and lose your driving liscence. A good step in the right direction but not where we need to be. It was the only illegal thing I did, never had more than an OZ anyhow. It is nice knowing you will not make the local paper if they catch you a bone.

Were not talking about the decriminilization, there has been a new billed introduced to LEGALIZE it in Mass.
