How do I grow small plants

Hey everyone, first off im a rookie but ive been reading up alot. Im working with a small area around 22in wide, 20in width, and 2 ft tall. Im using 2 75watt cfl warm bulbs. Im trying to grow a couple small plants (about 1ft). How do i do that and still get a good yield.
Please reply with any advice or tips.

Start about 10 of your seeds in 4" pots with a 18 hr+ day as close as you can get them to the light.
Vegetative growth until 5 or more growth nodes 20-30 days.
Then shut lights off for a day.
The next day start 12 on 12 off with the lights.
They should show gender in a week.
Remove the males and transplant the females into 1-2 gallon low pots, you need the height for flower growth.
Return to 12 on 12 off light until harvest, determined by bud quality, amber trichromes.

i would take one known female,let it veg for about a month, and then start taking clones from the bottom. Put the clones in jiffy cubes and in a humidity dome for a week. After roots form, transplant into a cup or bottle any were from 12 to 30 ounces. This way, the plant will stay short, but with proper feeding, you can get up to a half o per clone.

idk bro im doing that too i got a small grow stealth cabnit about 16" in hight and not wide about 9" and 15" deep im growing 2-4 at a time i have just pickd up seeds (sappossably BC kush) and i am doing a short grow ive been reading and learning for about half a year to know the shit i know and i would say 12/12 ligthing (what im doing, so they harvest faster, yeild is affected but i doubt by much becuz of the hight) and LST or scrog r probly ur best bets im doing 12/12 from seed-harvest i heard it works and i might be doing a LST for my grow if u check out my grow journal i donno how to put it in my signature cuz im new to THIS site but if u check it out i can keep u updated on how good it (MIGHT WORK) i donno becuz im using shity no name top soil and no fertilizer and just 13w 2700k cfls all the grow from seed-harvest but i am going to install approx. 4-6 of these for my small grow cab and it may get hot so im installing a cheap 4" metal fan once i purchase or jak it off walmart in about a day or too once i get the chance to hike down there

I have heard of people having success with that, though it was with the mention of the varieties ablity. Perhaps it is possible with any variety.

12-12 rite from seed is a bad idea. your plants will stretch a tremendous ammount and never ammount to anything, you need to give seedlings 24/7 light and keep the light close as possible

have a read about tipping and super cropping and even LST all good methods for small areas
