Single blade leaves?

Well my plants are a couple mounths old and I cut them back erly so they would be more used to it when they're older, but I cut one back alot and befor it had 5 point leaves and but after I cut it back it's only been growing single blade leaves. Wtf? Any idea's? Also I saw like 4 blade leaves and other messed up leaves, I got rid of those a while ago and dident see any more. So if any one can tell me what i'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.

cutting your plant, dont cut it for any reason unless ur topping it and only do it twice maximum,u should also wait till it gets 4 nodes

Thats what I ment toppin it but Ithink I over did it because i'm just getting single blade leaves now and its pissing me off

I have some clones doing the same thing. 3's, 5's, points then 3 started throwing up 1 point leafs. What causes this??

i also have that problem with a clone. except i never topped it i just planted it and it grew huge banana like leaves with very small 3rd and 5th set leaves, most branches dont have more than 3 if even 3

Yah they are not topped and about 3 weeks in soil.

I have a VIRGROUSE plant growing like crazy but she only gets 3 point leaves and 5 point leaves but there coming out three at a time and she is growing UNGODLY its amazing its like 2 mounths old at least 1 1/2feet tall and is atleast a foot wide and when it buds i'm going to have 8 main cola's (1st grow) the stem is like half an inch and the leave are like as big as my hands, the one with single blades I put into flowering and my other one. When I cut the stalk of single leaves off they stoped but theres still one cola with singles

Usaly stress I was topping and stem splitting the day I fert. so I think I got carried away and it got stressed then 1 just ONE branch was male so a took it off and ever since I just have female flowers

the way you explained "weird leaves" it could be re-vegging?? if that i s a possibility
if not
these weird leafs are cause by not enough light or stress
my geuss it is stress, and for everyone that chimed in with the same problems, see if your putting ur plants under any stress??
OP i take it ur topping it way to vigorously or wrong

It happens to me from time to time its normally stress from cut but most of the time its heat. Check your temps. It happens alot with heat stress or when I take a clone outa humidity dome and put it under reg light it gets hot and does it. Keep your temps low it will repair itself in a week or two.

There is a strain out there made to only have one leaf.Peopla have purposly engineered this because it less likly to be recognized as a marijuana plant.Maybe you got mixed genes

It happens to all strains. Like I said keep ur temps low... I had one original clone I took two and they both did it til I got them under better conditions. They grew out of it I still take clones from it to this day and its no longer an issue they grow just fine. Not saying there isnt an engineered version but not likely the issue.

The single leaf is common in my garden after taking clones and trimming mothers. they start regrowing with only one blade then three then five they come back pretty quick. Some strains seem more prone to this than others. My White Widow mothers are most prone to do this. It doesn't seem to cause me a problem.

i took that comment for him being a dick as well thinking someone here can tell him how to fix that. As mentioned any strain can do that normally you see it with your clones and normally you can just toss that dam clone as it takes a few nodes to grow back out of that as if its revegging a clone cut during flower period. Its still buds and if you dont like the look and dont have the space then toss that one or stick it in the back corner and let it bud out and smoke the shit. Some people trim the shit out of the plants and this is the same as not trimming and having not as many leaves. Your not smoking the leaves anyway dude if its still budding niceley then smoke it and kill the next clone that comes out that way it happens. Get some good genetics with a stable pure strain and you may have better luck some of the mixed strains are delicate and do not handle light leaks well or stress. And dont get mad at a website and people that are taking time to offer suggestions, no one gets paid around here so its kind of dumb to get pissed about anything when you ask a question and expect a direct answer. At the same time your checking for replies you could be searching google for more info and you will surely see how many of us have had this same problem and see that everyone gives similar replies yet no one has a "here is what you have to do" Good luck
