what thc is left in the plant will flow to the top of your plant while hung upside down. it's beneficial for more potentcy to get all thc to bud that you can get. yeah you, can whack it all up too and dry that way, but.... choose your own poison I guess?
THC is only contained in the trichomes (crystals).. it doesnt flow anywhere in the plant.

true, but thc isnt the only thing in weed that gets you high, if you hang your weed plant to dry, the final product will give you a better high that tastes better too

all curing does its make it taste better, and makes the smoke less harsh. but the harshness of the smoke also depends on the strain of the plant. the grower should take that into considerationation befor he decides to cure so that he or she does not do any unnecessary work or waiting. one might believe that curing the bud gets you higher, but its only because the smoke is less harsh which allows you to smoke more bud. which is the reason why you are higher. but one has nothing to do with the other.

So how do you finish curing after you have hung your plants up for 3-4 days???? cut all the buds up and store them in a masson jar or something?

it take about 2-3 weeks to throughly dry big buds, if you store em somewhere, make sure they are fairly dried out or can be aired out, fluffed up to prevent mold buildup. best to hang plant in the dark area with some air movement to help dry and cure

what I was actually refering to was the thc flowing down the plant. It's a myth....thc is located in the trichromes...it aint gonna flow anywhere...funny stuff. yeah I hang my plant but I cut my roots. just makes it take longer to dry. then when its ready for curing, I either cure in paper bags or in mason jars...whatever mood I'm in I guess. Not hating on you, just thought that was a funny statement. peace man :)

believe it or not, but I have (tried) in desperate times! lol
Haha...me too but I usually quick dry them in microwave or on a foil over a hot incandescent light, or lowest setting in oven...wet weed has a hard time burning...I gotta vaporize it a few times to get it dry before its smokable... :)
