the setup is a little different. i have 2 40 watt warm white 4' tubes,1 24" full spectrum tube, 10 26 watt warm white cfls surrounding plants, and now 2 50 watt hps. for flowering. in my veg space i have 2 26 watt plug in cfls and 5 26 watt cfls.

yes just make sure your cup is light proof,
takes bout a week or two
i hate doing it that way
did it on my first grow
