1/2 lb er 2 months

what kinda set up should i use to grow 1/2 lb( 80z's) er 2 months? with a diff flowering and veg room? how many plants would i have to grow and about how big? i no diff plants do diff things with diff care but i jus want a gen answer? any help would be good,thanks

as said, you can use the sea of green method with lots of small plants, or -

you can grow fewer, larger plants with a separate veg and flower room with 2-4 female plants in flower at all times.

yea you can grow anywhere from2to 100 plants to get a 1\2 pound how big is your rooms what equipment ya workin with????

the room is 4'x4' i was thinking of using a 4x4 ebb&flow and sog with a 600watt hps to flower. what size should i veg to to get about a oz per plant?

You could vegg your plants until they are about a foot tall.
They'll triple in height,so when it comes time to harvest
your plants they'll be about 3 feet high.
If you do everything right with nutrient, air circulation, Co2,
and light you should have no problem getting one Oz. per plant.

Yeah wait till they are about 12" in height and they have nice roots.. But if you can get them bigger then wait till 18" and you will get a nice yeild. You can probably fit 25 plants in 4x4... i have 21 in a 4x4 room...

thanks ppl, so is that a oz dried and crued? and could i still get that same amount w/o co2 or does having it make that much of a difference?

sup man, i set my shit up for 4zs every 2 months but im geting more than that ..
i have about a 4x4 flowering room w 400w hps
and about 3x4 veg room with 300 watts of cfls to feed the flowering room

Co2 makes a huge difference, the buds get fattier and heavier with use of Co2. I'd say I'm definitely getting 25% more than what I would get without the use of Co2.
You gotta remember, That's what plants breathe, so if you beef it up, Your plants will grow a hell-of-alot more.
But it's not just Co2, It's everything. It's your lights, your nutrient, your air circulation. All your environment conditions have to be in pristine condition. Basically your mimicking the outdoor environment inside that 4X4 space.

Also, forget trying to cram 25 plants in that 4X4 space, unless your gonna start flowering when your plants are only 4 inches tall. Even then it would be extremely difficult. 1 plant would only get 6 inches of grow space for 2 months. A 4 inch tall plant will turn into an 18 inch plant when it comes time to harvest.
An 18 inch tall plant only 6 inches wide, C'mon I don't even think that's possible, Plus there would probably only be about 1/8th of weed on it. Also there would'nt be any air circulation in between the plants, which will probably inspire grey mold to develop.
If you want healthy looking plants without a shitload of maintenace and bullshit to deal with.
Vegg your plants to about 8-10 inches tall. You could probably fit 6 plants in there, and have them grow the entire 2 months of bloom with no mold problems what so ever as long as you have good air circulation.
Good air circulation: Fresh air coming in at all times, and a blower exhausting the room at least 2 times a minute, and a fan inside the room blowing on the leaves making them flutter.
Don't listen to everything you see on these message boards, most of the people on here really don't know what the hell their talking about. If I was to listen to half the crap I read on these boards my plants would be dead in less than a week.
I've been a long time grower and have harvested hundreds of crops. Alot of these people on here are so "ghetto" it's ridiculous. I can't count how many times I've seen someone trying to grow in a cradboard box.
The best advice anyone can give you is to get on Amazon and buy Jorge Cervantes grow bible, it is a must have in any marijuana grow op. `

i've got it and logan edward's gow great marijuanan. the bible deff has alot of useful in4 but its really technical and took alot of reading just to find the answer's to my simple ?'s( not that i mind the reading) bt its a great book. the books doesn't however go over the subject or how many plant you can grow in agiven space. what i really wanna no is how many plants can i grow in a 4x4 ebb&flow table with a 600watt hps light? how long should i veg em b4 flowering to get around a oz per plant? and so you dnt think i could get more then 6 plants in a 4x4 table after veging to only around 8''-10''? i thought you could do up to 16 plants at 1 per sq ft and dats evn with flowering at around 12''. so im i wrong?

as many as you can fit man, in a 4x4 you should be able to fit about 16
flower them at about 14-16"(about 3 week veg) depending on the strain you should be close to a z per plant

here is what i had in my 4x4 table a couple months ago, they are all different heights so obviously not ideal. but it gives you a good idea of what will fit ;)

If you manage to grow 80 z's every 2 months you're doing a phenomenal job, but if you're looking for 1/2 lb, you might want to aim more for 8 oz's.

You'll need to seperate out a seperate veg room, and I wouldn't do a SOG. I have a 4x4 space that I grow in and I'm going to switch to a 1000w light and try to get about 3/4lb every 2 months, maybe a lb depending on strain and how long I let them veg for.

I don't count veg time because I have a seperate veg room. This is a key to solild growing and efficiency. While my plants are finishing their last month of flowering, new little girls have rooted from clones (taken from the previous plants before they went into flowering) and are now starting to veg. They veg for about a month while my girls finish, then I take cuttings from those and throw them into the flowering room and the process starts all over again.

I would watch this to get an idea for what you're trying to do....

yea i meant 8oz lol and yea i planned on having 2 diff grow rooms from the start i'll have a mum or 2 and clones under a 2 ft 8blub t5 in a 2'x2' ebb&flow. so y wouldnt you do s.o.g? and so how many plants do u put in a 4x4 table under 600watts to get around 8oz's? at what size do you flower and do you use co2?
