Help r they dead???????????

Ok so i germed my seeds and they sporouted a little root so i planted them in my rockwool and they dried up then i put them back in paper towel is it too late r they seeds dead????

i'm honestly not the smartest at this stuff, but i know it's frustrating when noone answers your post, i personally would think it's been too long. i messed up and pulled a plant that had already started growing, and tried to plant another seed that i germed when i germed the planted one[it dried out since then] but if i do have luck with it i'll let you know... if it doesnt poke through the ground in two-three days considering it's already popped [sprouted from the seed] then i'd say it's dead. :/

Once that tap root pops out, the plant is very vunerable. Any mishandling can result in death :hump:
