Now by minor i mean just one leaf had been affected and only slightly. This being said i quickly diluted my feeding gallon, it was half empty so i just refilled it wit water

Actually the plant is using sugars stored up from the days photo synthesis as energy during the dark period. Most mj plants actually do not need a "rest period". When I use flouros I veg 24/0 all the thru. Most people who use HID lighting use 18/6, 20/4 or whatever combo too save on energy costs. Looking good atrum, Keep up the Great work!

Damn all with cfl's... im hoping i get these same results working with 2 - 2700K and a single 6500K cfl for only 1 plant.. unfortunately ive stunted the growth of my baby from nute burn... my first grow so i figured id experiment with the one healthy plant i have left(Out of 4). Thats ok i have 3 bagseeds germing and 5 silver haze seeds germing as we speak! i wanted to experiment so i just put my little girl under the flowering period, lets see how she does! Hopefully my results will be similar to yours Acid! your ballin out-a-control homeboy!

I wish to keep it on this veg cycle for certain reasons.

A) it seems to be working, REALLY well ha

And

B) Temp drop, compared to popular belief cfls can and do put out signifigant heat, with my lights off it drops nearly 10 degrees.

Also there are many things plants need to do at night as a part of nature.
So i try and help out were i can ^_^

Thanks sun, im just as surprised as everyone else, this is my first cfl and im just shocked by the growth and speed of everything.

Ok, so big update.
Since size is an issues i will be forced to go into early flowering.
Tonight at 8 p.m i start flower
If space wasnt an issue id let this baby get 4 ft during veg but since its almost 2 ft now i need to force into flower
So these are the last pics during veg.

Acid, lookin very veggy! Had a question for you, as a semi-seasoned CFL grower, what kind of bulb do you use? Normal, daylight, full spectrum, odor eating...?

Thanks juicy, I am only worried about my lower growth but when i get my other light tmm i wont be, ill have a light of 2 down the length of and and they will still grow during flower, even if i dont get a huge harvest off this i will be alright.

Well im using two 26 watt 6500k (daylight i do believe)
and one 42 watt full spectrum 2700k.
Adding another of these tmm.

Lookin good Acid! The one pic shows alot of growth at the bottom of the plant.Nice! But dude this plant is not mature enough to flower yet.I dont know where you get 2 feet tall man,It looks about 8-10 " tall to me,with the pic with your finger in it. unless youve got hulk hands or something

2 ft might be a bit much, but ill get and exact measurement tmm when she awakes.
And yeah i added a 26 watt to the undergrowth today, i'm thinking itll help develop that a little more down low for a few days in flowering until switching it to a 42 watter.
I'll start a new thread soon on flower give me a few days ^_^

and the undergrowth *from were ive put at 26 watt 6500k bulb on it*

!6" huh,ok Its bigger than it looks in the picture.Thats how big the 2 were that we flowered in our 1st grow.There the 2(mary & Jane)in my sig.Also good bagsed.Jane was flowered for 7 weeks and produced a little under 3 ozs.Mary we let go for 2 weeks more and got 3 1/2 ozs.We flowered them with 10 42 watt cfl's.I use 26 watt 6500k(daylight)bulbs for veg. I have 8 of them over my vegging plants right now.
People say they will double to triple in size during flowering,but ours were about 31-32" when done.Just to give you an idea of how big they will get.Of course it all depends on the strain.If you have more sativa than indica in the strain,it can get alot taller. Lookin good bub
