flat white paint works just as well as mylar.
LUDA.
The normal stuff works fine.
Just make sure you hang it nice a flat.
Lol, ok expert, but just for the record, ton of OTHER GROWER (including myself) have harvested a shit ton of weed using Normal Mylar.the normal stuff is cheap, flimsy, stretchy and creases far too easily, normal mylar creates more hotspots than any other reflective material, it just doesn't produce an even surface for light distribution, it may look fine to you hanging up, but its not "working just fine"
correction, flat white paint works better than standard mylar, if you want mylar only buy the diamond type
sorry mate you dont make sense.the normal stuff is cheap, flimsy, stretchy and creases far too easily, normal mylar creates more hotspots than any other reflective material, it just doesn't produce an even surface for light distribution, it may look fine to you hanging up, but its not "working just fine"
sorry mate you dont make sense.
that would be better expert.were the words i used to big for you, should i try and stick to words of no more than 6 letters
cheap mylar no good, bad to reflect light
flat white paint is ok
wtf?!i don't doubt you have harvested plants, that is not the question, the question is about cheap reflective material for this guys grow,
mylar on paper is slightly more reflective than flat white paint but because it stretches so easily and creases so easily it does create hot spots because of intensity reflected back by the creases, it is not distributing light efficiently,
so if your looking for cheap then go with flat white paint and forget the mylar because its not worth it, if you want mylar spend a little extra and get the diamond type mylar.
