I remember sometime ago there was a talk on here about whether your garbage was still considered your property or not when it is at your property line.
This just came across here in Canada saying that once it's at the line, it's fair game for any government official, right down to tax investigators.
The lawyer is now trying to make a case that this means they can retrieve deleted text messages and possibly deleted emails as well.
