LED Growing Lamps

Hello, I am up here in the Oregon area and I have a current business selling fiber optic led Christmas trees. I want to expand into selling more led products, one category being LED grow lamps. I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has used LEDs for veg and flowering and if they have fine tuned the perfect spectrum. I have the ability to have my manufacture design the led lamps to my spectrum requirements. I know the blue and red are the most common, as well as maybe adding some uv. However, I see some with orange and I wonder if it is just a gimic or if it helps. Currently I will be reselling these red blue led lamps. If you could hit near all the peaks of absorption that would be most effective.

Blue: 410, 430, 453
Red: 642, 662
UV would be great too much perhaps the ability to switch just those off and on would be best for safety.

i havent personally used LED's but i see people are starting to lately. They seem to be practical... how much heat do they produce and what is required to run these lights?
