Lots of new growers ask (for instance) how much bud will I get from 6 ak47s under 1000w?

There is no perfect answer because there are to many variables.

None the less we may help them to make their own assumptions by letting them have some comparison. Thus it may still not be accurate we can call it a point of reference.

PLEASE TAKE SOME TIME & LIST BELOW-

  1. Method of growing - soil, hydro, sog, scrog, ect...
  2. Strain
  3. Lights & Watts
  4. Space/Size
  5. Time as in weeks of veg & 12-12 cycle.
  6. Anything else you may find helpful such as bloom products or tricks.
Obviously allot of you have your own grow journals so please also leave a link with your info when possible. It's just basic number crunching.

:leaf:ALL INDOOR PLEASE!

Not just for the beginers I'm curious to!

My rule of thumb is that for each 600 watt hps light I will yield a minimum of 1 pound! It has never proven me wrong yet so I consider it to be 100% fact when growing my way.

I guess I'll start it off!

  1. Shiskaberry is the strain I got a clone mother from an old friend.
  2. Soil Fox Farms
  3. 2 Hydro farm reflectors with 1000w bulbs in each.
  4. 2- 5.5'x5.5' areas with 14 plants each.
  5. Veg 5 weeks then went 12-12
  6. Used Tiger bloom after the first week of 12-12 and some other cheap nutes when it looked like the fox farm might be running low (not sure)
  7. Harvested 44 days after 12-12 start.
So 24 plants in a 11x11 area with 2 1000w hps and 3 months growing time (minus the drying & cloning time) gave me almost 4.5 Lbs or around 3oz per plant.

I am redoing this grow again as of last week I might top them or something an keep a better eye on the temperature for better results.

I'd like to see this grow, it is very efficient if you are indeed pulling 1 gram per watt
in 3 months time. :-).... And its funny you said 14 plants in each area, and you
harvest 24 plants... which would it be 24 or 28?
